More About the Havre de Grace Farmers Market
Established in 1995 on Pennington Avenue, the HdG Farmers Market has grown over the years.
In 2015 the market moved to its current home in Hutchins Park overlooking the water. The tent housing many of the vendors is provided by the City of Havre de Grace. In 2022, the market relocated to the 100 block of St. John Street and Hutchins Park. In 2025, the market relocated to the 700 block of Pennington Avenue in front of Havre de Grace City Hall to provide for easier customer access and parking.
The farmer’s market is a committee of Community Projects of Havre de Grace, Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. and managed by volunteer vendors.

If you love shopping in Havre de Grace, the Farmers Market is place to be! Every year, we have the opportunity to host dozens of local farmers, artisans and other small businesses/organizations.
Just a few blocks from the main downtown shopping district, our vendors set up weekly from May through December, and twice-monthly (on First & Third Saturdays) from January through April. Popular products include:
